The hotel rooms were so good that I just loved staying in them; they were really spacious and tidy, the best thing about this supposed 5-star hotel. The service was superb, despite the challenges they face with hotel management. The location was really good, being close to everything like the city and the beach, making it perfect for families. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some great food choices but also some disappointments. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great facilities.
